Nurbu Joined the Lumbini Development Trust as a legend officer straight after graduating from Tribhuvan University. He have worked on a wide range of development project across the Lumbini area. He also worked as Director of Nepal Mikano kai Society an Japanese NGO that worked for improving the quality of education in the terai region of Nepal. Currently he is working as a principal at the Kathmandu Japanese Language Institute. He is also the advisor for the Japanese embassy in Nepal. Nurbu brings the experience of delivering a wide range of projects and programmes to the AF Nepal board trustees.
Dr. Sujata Dongel is a dentist by profession and runs her own clinic. She is also the designer for children's clothing and has her own business. She likes working with the childrenâ€™s and doing things for children. She is passionate about working for the development of underprivileged children through her expertise. As a dental expertise, her extensive experience will help to develop a programme in improving the children oral health problems.
Tenzing has worked at tour and travel for about 20 years, undertaking a variety of work including the HR management, training staff, organising the tours, developing plan and policy for the company etc. He still works for Singi Travel as a marketing director. His extensive experience covers both developing strategy as well as implementing programmes
Dr. Jangmoo is a medical doctor graduated from Nepal Medial college and did her master degree in International Public Health from Sydney University, Australia. She has worked as a chief medical doctor in Lukla hospital for four years. Having worked in the remote area for some years she is well aware of the health situation in the remote areas of the country. Her experience and the knowledge of public health can help develop the health strategy programmes as well as implementing the programmes.
Choezom Dolma is a school teachers who believes in brining positive change in a society through educating the people. She is young energetic and has the experience of 8 long years teaching for primary and secondary students in boarding school. She has gone through many teachers training programmes. She is passionate about working with the teachers in remote areas and wanting to learn from one another. Her years of teaching experience can help the organisation in developing the training programmes for teachers.
